Biography
Hello! I'm Nadeen Abu-Zeid, the Programs Lead at CIPPO. At my core, I'm an educator who believes that connection comes before correction. My journey began over five years ago in supporting children with diverse learning profiles academically and behaviourally, including working with and for children with ADHD, dyslexia, and ASD.
I hold a bachelor’s from the American University in Cairo and have completed multiple CPD courses in Special Education Needs from UCL. I also attended the official 2-day Lindamood-Bell Seeing Stars® professional workshop and conduct LSI sessions - a premium reading and spelling intervention.
My philosophy is grounded in empathy, autonomy, and trust. I see behavior as communication, not defiance, and believe resistance is a request for greater autonomy or better tools. I'd rather have fifteen minutes of meaningful engagement than an hour of power struggle; and strongly believe that academic growth is tightly linked to self-esteem in children.
I joined CIPPO in 2021 and now lead our inclusion and psychosocial programs. My earlier background in quantitative research allows me to design and monitor evidence-based programs that are also deeply human, ensuring they are effective across our company.
My greatest joy is helping children feel seen, capable, and free to be their truest selves. I look forward to supporting your child's growth with understanding and expertise.
