•You may use your paid emergency time off (up to 5 days per academic year). •You must inform CIPPO immediately through the official channels: Slack (tagging your Operations Coordinator and Account Manager) and the WhatsApp group for your match. •In some cases, proof may be requested (e.g., medical or other documentation). •CIPPO will then work to arrange a replacement for your child, if eligible under the parent’s bundle. •Emergency absences are subject to approval by CIPPO, but approval is encouraged whenever possible.

If you fail to inform CIPPO or the family (a no-show), it will be considered a violation of policy. A no-show results in a deduction of 2 unpaid days and may also lead to a formal warning.
