I’m Saif Al Alfy, an Agile Psychosocial Practitioner with over 7 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through emotional development, behavioral challenges, and therapeutic mentoring. I’ve worked across school and community settings, helping young people navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social speech and communication difficulties.

I hold a diploma in Psychological and Family Counseling at Ain Shams University. My training also includes advanced studies in Family Systems Dynamics from CSC UK, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis from ACT Brazil, and Nutrition and Health Sciences from PN USA.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, attachment theory, and systems thinking, drawing on both psychological research and integrative approaches to development and behavior. I use tools from coaching, psychoeducation, and mind-body awareness to support emotional regulation, self-agency, and relational safety in the children and families I work with.
