I’m Seba Abdelaziz, a psychologist passionate about promoting mental health, emotional growth, and inclusion. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Basic and Applied Psychology from The British University in Egypt, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. My research and clinical interests focus on mental illness stigma, emotional regulation, and quality of life improvement.

My experience spans both clinical and educational settings. I completed a Clinical Psychology internship at Abu El Azayem Hospital, where I conducted psychological assessments, observed a range of cases, and deepened my understanding of evidence-based interventions. I also worked as an Online English Instructor at Berlitz Egypt and as a Childcare Supervisor at Leap, roles that strengthened my ability to connect with diverse learners, adapt communication styles, and create supportive, engaging environments.

I’ve also completed professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Special Education, equipping me with tools to support individuals with cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges. I’m committed to integrating compassion, structure, and science to help individuals achieve emotional balance and self-growth.

I believe that with the right support and understanding, every person can reach their full potential — and my mission is to help them get there.
